Delivery charges are stated for UK mainland shipments only. Please contact us for international shipment freight costs. This covers some remoter parts of the UK mainland and includes Channel Islands, Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and other islands.
Our business commitment is to deliver within the following time frames:
For smaller stocked items: up to 3 weeks
For items made to order: 4-6 weeks
All deliveries are to ground floor pavement level.
All deliveries must be checked before they are signed for. Any deliveries that are signed as unchecked cannot be accepted as damaged or faulty. If a delivery arrives that looks damaged, please take a photo and contact us on +44 (0)1803 865919 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. On receipt of goods you have 7 days to report faulty, damaged or unsuitable items. Goods should not be returned without first contacting Earth Wrights.
Any non-faulty items you may return in their original packing and in a re-saleable condition. Please call the customer service team on the number above to discuss such returns you wish to make. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Unless an item is deemed faulty upon inspection by Earth Wrights any return shipping costs are payable by the customer. Once the items have been returned to us and inspected, we will either issue you with a replacement item or refund as per original payment method. When an item is faulty we reserve the right to repair or replace the item. If this is not possible a credit may be issued.
